The Stanserhorn is one of the most impressive mountains in Central Switzerland. Even the journey there is a special experience: First, the historic funicular railway takes you from Stans to the middle station, before you glide to the summit on the world's first CabriO cable car – an aerial tramway with an open upper deck.

At the top, a breathtaking 360° panorama awaits you, encompassing Lake Lucerne, the Central Swiss Alps, and numerous peaks. Well-maintained hiking trails, inviting viewpoints, and the revolving summit restaurant beckon you to explore and linger. With a bit of luck, you might even spot marmots or ibex.
