About VALO
Our curiosity about people and their stories has been with us since childhood. Valerie associates hospitality with her grandparents' charming holiday apartments, Michael with family trips through Europe in a camper van. Together, we've learned on our travels that the best accommodations aren't the most luxurious – but rather those that make you feel welcome from the very first moment.
VALO was born out of this conviction.
True hospitality doesn't have to be loud. It's revealed in thoughtful details, intuitive comfort, and the feeling of being instantly at home. With VALO, we create apartments that offer freedom – for traveling, working, and arriving. For families, couples, and solo travelers. Is there a self-check-in option?
Yes, you can check in independently at all our accommodations. A few days before your arrival, you will receive all the important information about your accommodation by email, including the exact address, directions, and the code for the key box. This allows you to arrive and check in flexibly and conveniently.
Are pets allowed?
Whether pets are allowed varies depending on the accommodation. Please check the information on the respective accommodation page. If you have any questions, you can contact us at any time – we will be happy to inform you whether pets are allowed at your desired accommodation.
Is there Wi-Fi in the accommodations?
Yes, all our accommodations offer free, high-speed Wi-Fi. This allows you to work, stream, or stay in touch with family and friends at any time. Depending on the accommodation, Ethernet ports are also available for a wired internet connection.
Are final cleaning and bed linen included?
Yes, both are fully included in the displayed booking price.

Are there parking spaces on site?
Valo Central offers free underground parking. You can find all the details in the accommodation's guestbook.
How fast and stable is the internet connection?
The internet connection is high-speed and stable. You can choose to connect via Wi-Fi or Ethernet/LAN cable.
Are the accommodations equipped for long stays?
The amenities vary slightly from property to property, but we aim for a comprehensive basic set of features in all accommodations. You can find the exact details in the individual descriptions.
What are the cancellation policies?
Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival. Within 5 days of arrival, one additional night will be charged, and the remaining nights will be refunded at 50%. No refund will be given on the day of arrival or in case of a no-show. We recommend taking out travel insurance.
